About the event
This 90-minute workshop is a sanctuary for women navigating midlife transitions, burnout, and the call to live more authentically. Through gentle practices of tuning in, you'll learn to hear your inner knowing more clearly and act from a place of deep alignment.
Are you craving a moment to pause? To breath? To check in with yourself? To acknowledge what's asking to be noticed? To allow yourself to be messy or imperfect or uncertain?
That's exactly what this space will invite. It doesn't take much to reconnect with ourselves, just intention and attention. And when we're connected to ourselves, that's when the real magic happens because we get the information we need to move forward in ways that honor our desires, hopes, and needs.
