About

Hi, I'm Jess! I'm a Self-Connection & Life Alignment Coach for women who are ready to stop living by the script and start listening to themselves.

I believe that so much we were taught about work, life, and how to be successful was wrong.

It leaves us disconnected from ourselves, from each other, and from the planet (see: the rise of burnout and mental health crises, the Loneliness Epidemic, and the climate crisis).

That's why I've made it my mission to help women build a deeper connection with themselves—strengthening their self-awareness, self-acceptance, and self-trust.

Because when we are deeply connected to ourselves—to our needs, desires, energy, emotions, values, and strengths—we are able to opt out of environments, relationships, and systems that do not serve us and we are able to create from a place of sovereignty.

✨A little background about me...

For a long time, I was very good at being good.

I built the early part of my career around being helpful, responsible, and of service, working in nonprofits and higher education with a focus on social justice. I genuinely cared about that work.

But underneath it was something I couldn't see yet: I'd learned to pay very close attention to what other people needed, wanted, and expected of me—and much less attention to myself.

What did I want? What gave me energy? What kind of work and life actually fit me?

I wasn't very practiced at asking those questions.

A divorce and a toxic nonprofit job kicked off a period of self-discovery in my 30s that became nearly a decade of transition. I moved eight times in seven years. I changed careers four times. I started businesses and closed them. I experimented with different ways of working, living, and being.

Along the way, I became a student of change—and of myself.

I learned from coaches, somatic practitioners, positive psychologists, Buddhist monks, shamans, and spiritual teachers. I studied mindfulness, nervous-system regulation, human behavior, strengths, and well-being. And I learned just as much from my body, my emotions, nature, relationships, and the things that didn't work.

Slowly, I got better at noticing what gave me energy and what depleted it. What I actually enjoyed versus what I thought I should enjoy. What I wanted versus what I'd been taught to want.

And then, after all that growth, I burned out.

That experience brought the lesson home in a way nothing else had: it's not enough to know ourselves. We have to build lives that honor what we know.

Looking back, I can see that all those years of searching were teaching me the same thing: how to hear myself more clearly, accept what I found, and trust myself enough to act on it.

That's the foundation of the work I do today.

Dark Wood

I spent years trying to build the right life. Eventually, I realized I needed to learn how to build a life that was right for me.

A little about you...

My clients are women who:

  • Inspire me with their courage, curiosity, and depth

  • Are thoughtful, self-reflective, and deeply empathetic

  • Feel deeply and notice what others often miss

  • Question the systems, expectations, and definitions of success they've inherited

  • Sense that the conventional path isn't working for them—and maybe never did

  • Are open-minded, curious, and willing to explore new ways of seeing themselves and their lives

  • Want to experience their way forward, rather than think their way to the perfect answer

What Informs My Work

I've spent much of my career exploring how people learn, grow, change, and create meaningful lives.

My approach brings together a wide variety of experience and training.

💛 My Approach

These aren’t just ideas—they are lived practices in my life and in my work.

Play More

We release the fear of messing up. We experiment. We invite joy back in.

Do Less & Slow Down

We reject productivity as proof of worth. We rest. We soften. We trust our timing.

Feel Our Feels

We welcome grief, rage, joy—all of it. We listen to the wisdom of our bodies.

Seek Truth

We stop performing. We speak what’s been unsaid. We reclaim our voice and agency.

Go Farther Together

We let ourselves be supported. We build interdependence. We rise, together.

🤝 How I Help

You don’t have to figure it all out alone.
