Here's What You Need To Know Before The Call...
What is a Clarity Call, and how does it differ from a Coaching Call? This call isn’t a mini coaching session—it’s a conversation to explore whether working together is the right fit. While I’ll ask thoughtful questions and reflect back what I’m hearing, I won’t be guiding you through coaching tools or doing deep work like we would in an actual session. Think of it as a mutual discovery space: you’re getting clarity on what you need and whether I’m the right person to support you, and I’m getting a sense of how I might be able to help.
What can I expect during a Clarity Call? Expect a warm, grounded space where you can be honest about where you are and what’s feeling unclear or stuck. I’ll ask a few questions to help me understand your current situation, what kind of support you're seeking, and what you're hoping to shift or create. You’re welcome to bring any questions you have for me, too. By the end of the call, you’ll have a clearer sense of whether coaching with me feels aligned—and if so, what next steps could look like.
How is a Clarity Call beneficial for me? Even if you’re not 100% sure what kind of support you need, this call can help you get clearer. You’ll have space to talk through what’s on your mind, what’s feeling stuck or uncertain, and what you’re hoping to shift. Sometimes just saying it out loud with someone who’s really listening can bring insight. You’ll also get a feel for whether we’re a good fit—which is so important when choosing a coach. My goal is for you to walk away from the call with more clarity, whether we end up working together or not.
Is this a sales call? Are you going to pressure me to sign up? Nope. This isn’t a high-pressure sales call. It’s a conversation to see if we’re a good fit and if what I offer feels supportive for where you are right now. You’ll get space to share what’s coming up for you, ask any questions, and decide what feels aligned—without any obligation to move forward.
What if I’ve never worked with a coach before? Totally okay—many of my clients are new to coaching when we first connect. I’ll guide the conversation and meet you wherever you are, no jargon or expectations. You don’t need to prepare anything or have it all figured out. Just come as you are.
How long is the call? The clarity call lasts about 45 minutes. It’s enough time to have a meaningful conversation without taking a big chunk out of your day. If we need a little extra time to wrap up naturally, we might extend to an hour.
What happens after the call? After the call, if it feels like a good fit, I’ll share next steps and give you space to reflect. You won’t need to decide on the spot. I offer every prospective client a 60-minute coaching call as a gift if it feels like we're a good fit but you just want to get a taste of what coaching with me feels like before making a decision. I’ll also send a follow-up email that outlines what we discussed, plus options for moving forward if and when you're ready.
