The Listening Room - December 1

When life moves at a frantic pace, it’s easy to lose touch with your inner voice. The Listening Room is a gentle space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect — with yourself and with others doing the same.

We’ll gather virtually for a guided hour of reflection, rest, and intentional listening. You’ll practice tuning in to what’s true for you beneath the noise, and leave feeling grounded, clear, and more at peace.
